A big tip of the hat to Ian Morris at Talking Chop for a ridiculously detailed breakdown of J.R. Graham's past, present and future. Almost too much information, but it tells you everything you need to know about the guy who was the system's top pitcher two years ago.

ROSTER MOVE:
Waszak down to Rome, Schrader up to Lynchburg in pitching shuffle.

Peraza is hitting 330 on the young season. Not a lot of power or walks but you have to love his contact ability. Can't wait till he fills out a bit more.

I thought he moved around well when he was up last year. I don't think we had a large enough sample to really gauge if he was competent or not.

I like Terd but more in a backup/utility role.

Ability to play 1B, even 3B in a pinch as well as the corner spots.

I'd draft an outfielder to eventually replace one of Justin or Jason.

Very good game for Graham. Would be nice to add him to the list of legit SP prospects.

They still haven't gotten him past 60 pitches in any start this season. So he's not exactly on the fast track.

I like Graham in the bullpen, maybe by next season, perhaps.

Or in September.
