Depends on how you define built.. Built like you are saying is building prospects. But you can also build a ML team around _____. Also, Glavine and Avery were home grown, Smoltz was a prospect that we traded for.. really only Maddux was the outside force. Then when Avery feel off we suffled in guys and kept the pitching core together.

Pipeline has our top. 2 prospects as hitters in Albies and maitan. Acuna is top 7 and will be higher.
Demerite Riley pache give us more bats to dream on with their flaws in the 10-15.

Waters was a second round guy. Most ppl pre hamate think d Peterson is 1-2 war guy. Several catcher options who are likely ot good but one might hit
