In case you think this is benign - the GOP have been caught in previous elections distributing flyers telling black voters that they should pay any unpaid parking tickets, child support, etc., before voting, because police will be checking at the polls.

I will say I do think it is useful and meaningful to draw the distinction between ephebophilia (compulsive sexual attraction to post-pubescent adolescents) and pedophilia (compulsive sexual attractive to pre-pubescent children), though a good many liberals and even folks on the left disagree with me. I also think it's entirely logical and fair to make that clinical designation and also say that we, as a society, want to statutorily protect post-pubescent minors from predation by adults (over whom the latter have power simply by virtue of life experience, as well as a whole host of other power disparities).
On that note, the ephebophilia has been both proven and admitted by Moore.
