My favorite list each off-season

Don't know if anyone else posted this, but this is the list of minor-league free agents. I always find the list interesting for a couple of reasons. First, there's always a handful of guys who were highly-touted at one juncture in their careers. Second, it's always amazing to see who is still hanging round.

Romero has been discussed in the Twins-centric media up here in Minnesota for the past couple of years, but he never got recalled, even with Plouffe was injured. May have had something to do with Gardenhire's unhealthy obsession with an unrealistic "play the right way" standard, but I don't know that for fact. He wouldn't be a bad bench piece for the Braves. He risen very slowly in the Twins' organization, but he hasn't backslid dramatically with any promotion.

PS--I'd be interested in Destin Hood, who the Nationals are letting walk. Toolsy RHH OF whose tools haven't translated fully. Has played at the AAA level and didn't totally reek.
