Little did they know this isn't a promo still, but Ben Affleck sleeping through early screenings of Batman vs Superman.

Seriously though. Zack Snyder is terrible. He's like Michael Bay without the flair for dominating the summer. His only decent contributions to cinema were Dawn of the Dead, the butchery of Watchmen, and 300 softcore gay pornography.

On a different note. I really wish someone would properly do Watchmen. Get a real director make it a miniseries, put it on HBO, bam massive hit.

The Watchmen/HBO idea is a good one. But I also think Affleck will nail the **** out of this role. Might not be a great movie, but he's going to prove a ton of people wrong.

Dave Gibbons loved what they did with Watchmen. Improved on the ending, nailed Rorschach's persona. That opening sequence was epic. Plus, you've got to love a superhero movie with a nude scene.

Gibbons is the artist so he would like Snyder's take as it was heavily focused on the graphic side. Wasn't Moore an advisor as well? Rorschach was pretty much the only redeeming character of th movie. I hated the ending. I think it massively undercut the meaning of the comics. The whole point of the comics is to dispell the myth of the superhero as being good or bad and I feel like that missed the point and it took from the Manhattan character.
