PER isnt the end-all, look at what both have to do.

Miami can win when LeBron doesnt play well, its pretty rare for OKC to do the same when KD doesnt have good games.

Not to mention the conferences, KD has to bring it every night, LeBron can coast for 1/4 of the season, or longer.

PER is an efficiency stat. The fact that kd is more efficient with a higher usage makes kd even better.
