NBA Thread

This would make UA his primary employer, right? Wouldn't that mean they could dictate whether he participates in certain things (olympics, all star, etc.)?

How does that work?

I have no clue but I would imagine that the NBA team he plays for (hopefully OKC) has the primary rights to dictate his schedule.

Minnesota made our real well in their deal for Love. Don't be surprised if they end up winning more games this year than they did last year.

Depending what's in the deal...

Rubio
Martin
Wiggins
Bennett
Pek

Barea
Lavine
Dieng
Young

Is an interesting core.

Love trade official, nice job by their GM, LeBron James.

The Cavs get Kevin Love.

The Wolves get Andrew Wiggins, Anthony Bennett, Thaddeus Young and Wolves will get a $6.3 million trade exception.

The Sixers get Luc Mbah a Moute, Alexey Shved and a 2015 first-round pick.

Cleveland are a good amount better than LeBron's Heat were last year.

And they got absolutely destroyed by the Spurs. It takes time for a team to gel together. The Cavs will be better in two years then they will be next year.

Oh how nice it would have been to have a healthy Ibaka this year:

Something about him looking good and him improving and that he would be a good or useful player.

And he was useful but Adams ended up being really good really fast so Thabeat wasn't needed anymore. I said at best he would be a useful backup.

He was "useful".....really? As a tall dude, sure....not much more. He shouldn't be in the league, he can't play
