NBA Thread

Everyone in the West plays a similar schedule. Thunder are just the best tteam when healthy.

Still half the conference is below .500, with the bottom 4 teams being 29-67. You simply don't have that many terrible teams in other sports.

New Orleans and Sac would be above 500 if not for injuries to their best players. There is an issue with the spread of talent in the NBA right now but that is why the new CBA was developed in order to curb those issues.

I think my love of the Bucks is reaching thethe's level love of the Magic.

Wait, you still love the Magic, right thethe?

Free agents that are apparently better fits than Morrow:

Melo, Bosh, Wade, Pau, Lowry, Bledsoe, Bradley, Deng, Gay, Gorat, Hayward, Bron, Hill, Monroe, Dirk, Parsons, ZBo

Add the Truth

Hell, Rasual Butler may have been a better signing than Morrow.

Butler was a very good signing but the Wiz weren't as starved for shooting as the Thunder were.

Last year the Wiz took 1704 3's, they made 647 of them, good for 38%.

Last year the Thunder took 1839 3's, they made 664 of them, good for 36%

You guys see this straight up bull**** with the Kings?

Mike Malone implements a game plan of defense first, half court offense second. Kings are 9-6 after basically playing against playoff teams for the first 15 games of the season. Cousins gets meningitis and the Kings fall to 11-13 without him.

Our dune coon owner

and jewwy gerbil looking GM

nba_u_pete-dalessandro_mb_300x200.jpg

decide that they don't want a physical team that defends and plays half court offense. You know the type of teams that pretty much win the championship 99% of the time? No, they want to play fkin run and gun basketball. You know the kind of basketball that almost never gets out of the first round of the playoffs? The same exact basketball the Kings have ran for the last 5 or 6 years that has resulted in about 25 wins a season.

So for the last year the dune coon

ranadive_vivek-640x360.jpg

has been telling Mike Malone how to coach the Kings. First he wanted him to coach the Kings the way he coached his daughters youth basketball team because he won the championship as their coach. Malone refused and told him to let him do his job. Then he tells Malone he needs to play 4 on 5 defense with one of our players cherry picking under the basket. Again Malone knows this is ridiculous and refuses.

The jewwy gerbil

thinks this is all a fantastic idea! So with the help of this never accomplished anything, fking loser of a human being

they **** can the best coach the Kings have had since Rick Adelman. The only coach who Demarcus Cousins has gotten along with since he's been here. The coach who helped Cousins turn into one of the best players in the league and who was on his way to possibly leading us to our first playoff berth since 2006. The coach who knew how to build winning basketball based on defense first. The guy who allows us to win enough to where we all the sudden are getting nationally televised games every week instead of once a year. That guy is now gone. And this **** stick goes on the radio

nba_u_petedts_200.jpg

and states that it's not about wins and losses. He would have fired Malone if the Kings were 16-9. He says that it's not about wins, it's about STYLE OF PLAY. The Kings need to get up and down the court faster and any player can be taught how to do that. Him, the owner and that dip **** Mullin just took the best team our ****ty little town has had in almost a decade and absolutely destroyed it because they think they can run this as a tech business or some sort of frickin video game.

W...T...F?!?!?!?

It makes so much sense to run an up tempo style when your best player is a great center....wait that doesn't make sense at all.

Well, I never said he was good at scouting talent other than kids.

The top three is RW/Curry/Wall IMO. Hard to argue with anyone that has a different order. They are all so damn good.

So he can scout kids, but not guys in their early 20s? What age does he lose it at?

Harder to scout projection then evaulation of whats real.

I think Barkley also says that Parker is the best PG in the league. I don't agree obviously.

Again, Thomas's drafting record speaks for itself. That can't be disputed and people have done analysis over it.
