Among qualified centers, Adams is:

44th in PER
30th in Wins Produced
34th in Win Shares

He isn't very good.

However, brule - chandler is a beast so stand down young'n

I've never said he would be one of the best right now. Kid is real raw. He will be among the best by the end of next season.

Yeah except you have no basis for that. There is literally nothing about his game that even hints of a break out considering he grades out horribly defensively as well offensively. It's not out of the question that he would improve, but there is no basis in logic to suggest he would be among the best centers in a year from now. Even, last year he was 29th in WP among centers, so you can't even chalk it up to injuries because he's basically the same player then as he is now.

He has shown no progression.

The thunder season thus far needs to be taken with a grain of salt. When you don't have KD/RW play at all then the way the team works as a unit is completely skewed. Don't worry my friends. You will see.

He's had a two month stretch of his career without those two players and he's hes played essentially the same as he has when those two were on the court.

He may turn out to be a good player (not likely), but if it happens it would be more of factor of you being lucky than being right.

No, its a factor of me watching every single Thunder game. All you guys are able to do is look up a players stats and make an evaulation. Thats effective in some instances but not with younger players. How many times have you even seen Adams play to make the declarative statement?

Warriors have to be considered the best team in basketball right now. There starting lineup is deadly.

I trust stats 100% over amateur scouting which is what I and you do when we watch him play. And I trust nba scouts when he went 12th in a draft that's historically the worst ever. I would give him the benefit of the doubt if he showed even a hint of progress in anything or some athleticism, but he's done neither. So, it's wholly wrong to declare him a future elite center.

Here's a question for you. Have you watched every center in the nba? Not just a game but enough of a sample size to get a good feel for them? Otherwise, it's quite clear you have a strong bias which is fine as a fan, but it doesn't make you objective.

BUT I WATCHED EVERY SINGLE TYSON GAME

When they are healthy, a rotation of Curry, Klay, Iggy, Barnes, Livingston, Green, Lee, Bogut and Speights is nasty.

Lots of versatality.

To be fair with Adams, he was playing with scrubs like Telfair, Lance Thomas, and guys like Perk, Collison, Roberson non-offensive threats.

I wouldnt say he'll be a top-10 C though.

To be fair to those guys they had to play with scrubs like Adams.

I would rather watch paint dry while hearing nails on a chalk board than watch some joke of a franchise like the Knicks.
