RT: Source says Lakers aren't willing to part with significant assets for Goran Dragic, since they can wait and just pursue him in the summer.

Since Heyward won't answer, I'll ask you.....which roster would you take?

Present day roster and go back 2-3 years when LAC had Bledsoe and OKC had Harden.

I was at work, so yeah.

OKC has had a better roster, mainly b/c of Russ and KD.

But funny thing is you said LAC would beat OKC in a series, and are better than OKC a few years ago, now yeah.

And the point is LAC has had a pretty solid roster, one they probably should have made at least one WCF during that span.

Now that I'd do. I'd consider Early, Thanasis, or Larkin (if it makes any makes a difference), but I would not include a future pick.

Suns have a few options:

1) Hold onto Dragic knowing they're going to lose him for nothing, but make a push for the 8 seed this year

2) Try to get something better out of Miami or the Lakers (I think all three teams are essentially offering s*** sandwiches)

3) Try to coax a better package out of a team not on Dragic's list, even though those teams know he'll be a rental. I'd think the Celtics and Kings would ultimately pass, but the Rockets are in the race, so maybe they'd gamble.

I wouldn't call the Knicks favorites by any means, but if the cookie crumbles just right, they could get a guy who just made an all-NBA team for a thoroughly mediocre trade package.

(The kind of deal we should have gotten Melo for before Jimmy Dolan got involved...hopefully he's not reading the papers...)
