OKC leads the NBA in rebounds per game.

Whole team rebounds well.

You are such a noob.

OKC has the 8th best offensive rebound rate; 14th best defensive rate. Perkins is their best rebounder (at worst 1a with Adams). Brook is a terrible rebounder.

Cool?

I assume you've watched Brook play, yes? You think his style works with OKC?

Also, Afflalo really good get for Portland

I think we are talking about who is going to help the THunder more...Lopez or Perk. I think the answer to that is pretty simple.

Yup, RW/KD never pass or rebound. Come on GF, be better than that. Even still, I think Brook will only be a 20-25 minute guy while Adams still starts.

Lopez is a back to the basket guy. Do you expect RW or Durant to toss the ball into Lopez and stand at the 3 point line? Because that would essentially go against everything they do on offense.

I think they would welcome with open arms another player that can get buckets on their own. Since Harden left KD/RW have had to everything on offense. This might allow them to rest a bit more on offense and up their defensive effort.

Reggie > Brook

* the way OKC plays *

Brook is going to clog everything up and kill your D

That's certainly possible. Now, the question is how much do they lose on defense and rebounding and how much salary do they take on with Lopez? Also, without Jackson, his role is occupied by Waiters?

Reggie has been awful this year. In yeras past I would agree with you but Reggie has done absolutely everything he possibly could ot force his way out of OKC. I expect him to thrive in BK if the trade goes through but that doesn't mean that he would have done that in OKC.

Lopez is going to help this team much more than what Jackson would have done. Plus Jack is a very nice get as well for a backup PG and will probably match if not outproduce what Reggie has done this year.

They are going to get Jack in the deal to play the backup PG position.

The rebounding may take a hit but the Thunder have great rebounders at PG/SG/SF. They can take a small hit at C but again, I don't htink Lopez plays huge minutes and Adams will still get his normal 25+ minutes.

In terms of salary they will be over the cap next year but from eveyrthing the Thunder ownership have said is that they are willing to go over the tax but just not into the repeater.

Afflalo has an opt out clause.

TRob, Barton, someone else, a 1st and 2nd is a lot.

I would agree on Reggie if he played like he did the last two years.

But he's been so bad and more about himself.

Lopez isn't a great defender but OKC has had lots of defense first guys. They haven't had a low post big when the jumpers aren't falling.

If you guys think Reggie has been bad, you aren't going to like what you get from Jack.

Jacksons numbers are inflated for when he cared about playing early in the year when Russ was out. Jack is going to be great as a backup PG.

Also, good move by the Wiz to upgrade on Miller. That was sorely neeed.

Woj is reporting Jack to Washington.

Norris Cole is a possibility, but back up PG could be an issue for the Thunder if they don't get one today.
