Just say no

His effort is a joke a lot of the time on the floor. I drafted Boogie 3 years ago in a keeper league so I watch the Kings play about 10-15 times a year.

Guy is probably the most skilled big I've ever seen but not sure his attitude will trasnlate to winning.

Wizards aren't getting Cuz. Sacramento needs to focus on getting players if they do trade Cousins. They should trade their pick to someone who wants to move up.

I was responding to you guys getting Boogie.

Even with those two guys you still need to get younger and more athletic to capitalize on what Wall does well.

That or sign KD next offseason.

Im not sure why getting younger is a requisite for the Zards. They have a 24 year old point guard, a 22 year old small forward, and a 21 year old shooting guard. You constantly tell me that young teams can't win in the NBA.

No. There are a ton of fringe NBA players in this class. Especially outside the lottery. More specifically the top ten. Other than that it's a lot of marginal players who might actually make a team.

Again, you are one of the few people to say this. By most experts accounts this is one of the deeper drafts in the last 10 years.

Maybe he needs a change of scenery? I do agree the kid is super talented and super immature. Anyone who does trade for him is taking a huge risk.

The Wiz are still a few years from winning considering Lebron has his super team again. You need to build a core so that in 2-3 years you are ready.

That is what the THunder did but injuries so far have gotten in the way.

The Kings are the very definition of organizational stupidity so maybe the chnage of scenery will work but like you said its a huge risk. You are either getting a top 5 player and a championship but a malcontent that will force you to tear down your team in 2 years.

I see maybe one or two legit difference makers. Towns and Okafor for sure. Maybe Winslow. Looking at this draft from where the Hawks pick tells me how weak this class is. I mean you are gonna sit here and tell me you are coveting a player where the Thunder are selecting?

Players get picked at the tail end of the lottery as well as the end of the first pick every single year that end up being good players. Thats what makes a great GM and organization. There will absolutely be players left at the tail end of the lottery that will make a difference this year.

I think he could go to a few different teams. Although I don't see him being dealt anyway.

Maybe a team that's close and thinks they can get him to focus. Someone like Milwaikee makes sense because they are on the cusp of turning the corner in a weak, but improving eastern conference.

It won't happen, but he would be a huge addition. Def. attitude a concern, but I think he's matured (some). He's not the last player to have issues with George Karl.

Serious question GF. Have you watched Cousins play in the NBA?

Do you think his lazy play is going to change at some point?

The more important question is if I care if a player is occasionally lazy and that answer is no. Fans get too hung up on rah rah stories. Obviously don't want him to take plays off, but the occasional laziness isn't as big a deal as people make it seem. People said the same thing about Harden last year.

GF, the difference between the two is large. You will be playing 4 on 5 offense a bunch and if he calls for the ball and doesn't get it you will be playing 4 on 5 defense.

Guy is about as talented as you can be but man his motor and attitude are poor.

I agree with giles on this, the reason I wouldn't want Bougie in DC is.....I want him nowhere near Wall. Wall has done an amazing job maturing and has the Wiz heading in the right direction, I wouldn't want to risk Bougie blowing that up.

You over estimate how often it's 4v5 and typically due to exhaustion.

Or the counter to that is that his good friend would help Cousins as well. I don't think Cousins is really a bad guy. I think he's an extreme competitor that doesn't know how to take losing.

Obviously that's the flip side but he was with Wall at Kentucky and Cal hated him and his attitude then.....I just wouldn't risk it, especially not if it costs Beal + Otto + picks
