What team has three max players?

Miami was fortunate that they all took less than max.

I'm just not sure what your argument is Brule. That OKC should have done something that no other team in the NBA has done?

You all know Durant's coming to Chicago to play with his buddy Rose and Noah and Butler and Nikola Mirotić and whomever they draft with the Charlotte first-rounded they own.

They would have three max and his, and probably nothing around them.

As I said, no team can have more than 3 max under the new CBA, you don't understand.

No team? 99% of winning teams retain their best player, can't think of many that lost one over a couple of million per year....other than Bron which is obviously a different situation.

Its going to be interesting if he doesn't sign an extention a year before his contract is up. Every team in basketball will be wining and dining him. He might be the most underrated player of all time because he played in the same era as somoene who will probably go down a the best player of all time.

Harden was the teams third best player, so not really.

The OKC situation wasn't a different situation? You expect ownership of any team to pay that much tax?

Even aside from contractual reasons it made no sense to have those three wing players. It doesn't work and it has never worked. They all flourished when Harden left. Harden needed to be on his own and RW/Durant needed more responsiblity on the offensive side of the ball.

They flourished? You failed to make the finals and Houston gave you fits.....

I expect winning teams to keep their best players, especially top 10-15 players in the league who are 24 years old.....seems like a good idea to keep those guys.

Yeah, not like they were missing a top 5-10 player or anything.

OKC sweeps if Russ doesn't go down.

Cuz I'm sure Miami wins a title without Wade or James?

Really BRule....really?

My god, this has been rehashed over and over. No one is saying anything new. Russ a top 5 player? LOLLLLLZLZZLZLZLZLLZLZLZL

Honestly not that crazy.

After KD and Bron, and CP, argument can be made he's top 5.

So it's not that ridiculous of a statement.

No worse than you saying Zimmerman is the best defensive third basemen in baseball.

LOL

He was until he got injured. Did you care to notice how he played last 2 months?

I like how you left out Bosh, the Heats MVP, good call.

Did you watch Wade in the playoffs?

Sure did, watched him carry them to a win in Game 4 of the Finals.

They don't win a title without him.

He averaged 19-20 PPG in the finals IIRC but they win a title without him?
