NBA Thread

Has Tom Brady talked about going back home or had tatoos of his hometown?

No, but he's certainly not the only one who has and didn't.

Rodgers grew up a Niners fan too, he signed with them.

Regards to tattoos, mostly all NBA players have em, so.

Dwight > Melo

Dwight's camp leaked that if they fired MDA then he would've resigned....so please explain your logic to me.

Dwight is a better player than Melo, yes.

Still think its because of Kobe though, and stand by that.

Heyward, you can't be delutional all you want. OKC isn't a basketball town and there is no marketing potential there. Can you imagine the star Durant will be once he gets out of an irrelevant part of the country? What NBA superstars stay long term in towns like OKC? Why did Garnet leave Minnesota? Melo leave Denver?

KG left because he wanted to win a title, and wasted years on a so so team. He was also near the end of his prime.

OKC has a better team than Wsh.

Melo left Den because he wanted to play in NY.

If KD says he wants to play in Wsh, then you have a point. But he hasn't.

Hell, he just recently sold two houses and bought a huge house/mansion in Oklahoma.

Paul George just signed a huge extension with Indiana which is as bland as Oklahoma.

LOL. thanks for bringing up Melo. Perfect example.

Wizards could win a title with Durant.

Clearly you missed this on the last page.....not shocking you take the headline and run with it. Any NBA writer with any brain has reported this isn't news, Melo has to opt out to get the most money from the Knicks OR he has to opt-out to create cap room for the Knicks to sign players before he re-signs. Everyone with a brain knows Melo isn't going anywhere.

I remember you saying the same thing about Linsanity.

Didn't Dwight say the same thing about SVG? Dwight is a baby. He wanted Orlando to retire his number. Guy is a tool and will never win.

KG leaving Minn was a mutual decision basically. It was time for the two to move on. In three years if OKC doesn't win a title then I could see it.

“I like where I’m at right now. I enjoy playing for OKC,” he said. “As of today, I love it there, man. I want to be there. I love the fans, I love my team, I love everything about the city. I don’t have any plans to move.” - Durant

So I guess you don't think he is leaving.

Could just be Dwight's camp leaking smoke and mirrors to divert the fact that he was not that good last year.

Always easier to blame the coach for the lack of your own individual performance.
