If Rose is a 100% is a MUCH better player than Howard.

Correct.

Rose's status is being discounted because of the injury; next year, in this ESPN poll, he'll return to the top-five barring some massive relapse.

NBA Finals format changed to 2-2-1-1-1.

Good, the 2-3-2 is terrrrrrrrrible.

I don't know what Adams looked like in college but he is not a bad looking player at all. I am encouraged.

Remember when people laughed at Durant averaging 5 assists per game one day.

Yeah, its going to happen.

Adams is impressing me for someone who most thought would spend the year in the DLeague.

And yeah, KD's passing is so good.

OMG PRESEASON GAMES

You and Giles made it seem like he was the worst draft pick of all time. It will be interesting to see if anyone after him is any better.

I think the fact that he isn't going to Tulsa is a good sign. Guy might even become the starter by midseason.

regardless of what you say about preseason he has looked good and did well against Boozer/Gibson last night.

Please share how I did that? You asked me about him and I told you he was very raw and had basically no O and would be a project......please share with me how that's anything other than the truth.

OMG PRESEASON GAMES

They may not matter when evaluating fringe players and prospects, but they matter in Rose's case: the fact that he appears fully-recovered – as explosive as he was before the injury, not to mention stronger than ever – is extremely encouraging.

Preseason matters for rookies as well. Its still competition and any team coached by Thibs is going to play hard. Adams played well last night again against two solid bigs. He is not as much of a project as has been portrayed.

And yes, Rose is nasty.

And both have no business shooting the ball outside the lane.

I'm not sure where that idea entered your mind: Rose has had a very good mid-range game since college, and has really improved his (once pretty poor) three-point shooting since his first two seasons (and made even more of an emphasis of it during his convalescence).

At the rim - 58%
3-9 feet - 43%
10-15 feet - 37%
16-23 feet - 37%
Three's - 31%

I'm assuming those are his career numbers?

Again, as of right now Rose is not a bad shooter. He isn't Durant but he isn't my main man Landry.
