You think Gasol is a better offensive center than Al Jefferson? Hell, even Dwight. Gasol is a very limited offensive player. He's a solid player, but he's just a very good center, not even close to the best.

How is Gasol limited offensively?
 
How much have you seen him play? He's a good passing big man, but you can't throw him the rock down low and expect him to score. He can step out and hit an open jumper, but that's really about it.

He isn't as good of a post up player as Jefferson or Cousins but he can still score in the low block. But, he takes it a step further in that he can help space the floor and is the second best passing big in the league. That is a TOTAL offensive game.

So, he can pass and can hit an 18 foot jumper.....how is that considered a total offensive game?

His entire offensive game is get the ball at the left elbow. Try to find a cutter, try to find a shooter if doubled, pass to Z, or take an open j. Occasionally he will drive to the basket, but it's not something he's very good at. Why doesn't he score many points if he has a TOTAL OFFENSIVE GAME?

He plays on a team that has a better low post scorer. I'd imgaine (no way to confirm this) that if he played on a team that was more spaced out at the 4 that he would be able to score inside effectively.
 
If you guys are watching...now do yih know why I like Adams long-term so much? Howard will get his points tonight but Adams could develop into a top defensive big man. Howard can't do anything right now.
 
Not sure how OKC can beat the best team of all-time in the Rockets.

Perk must of given Adams some tips.

For some reason, Perk gives Dwight fits, one of the few players who does.
