Again, it's not that the points you're making aren't valid (other than the missed projections - at least until it comes from a legitimate source) - they absolutely are. It's just that every team in baseball is facing the same problems - you're acting like the Braves are the only organization in that boat, and they just aren't.

Yes, that's the thrust of it.

The Braves have a fairly blank slate starting with promising young players and a top 5 farm system and he's declaring it an impossibility that a completely different GM could succeed without a miracle. It's very possible this core never wins, but he's acting like the Braves are a talentless organization working on a 35 million dollar payroll.

Seems probable at this point.

His two options seems to be completing the tear down by for god's sakes trading Freddie Freeman or making somewhat nutty trades to GO FOR IT RIGHT NOW.
