We all know local governments change speed limits to raise revenue because they view the public as their atm to just shake down when they want more money. I fail to see how that doesn't qualify as a tyrannical government for which the second amendment would apply. Its just a traffic ticket you say, it's not that big of deal. Sure, I would agree, but when it escalates to mass civil asset forfeiture of peoples vehicles as a means to raise revenue with a speed limit purposely manipulated I think the second amendment should apply to these situations.
