Hoping for the best but was admittedly not encouraged when I just looked at his Instagram and noticed every single photo of his since the World Series has been in Cali. It’s ironic but the Braves are not necessarily the “hometown team” - he clearly lives there and as a family guy have to imagine being in his hometown where his family is and where he lives - and likely with more money… could be tough package to turn down

Freddie has done nothing the last year but wax poetic about how he wants to be Brave for life. He should take the most money, but if he really wanted to live in California he should’ve saved us the BS.

He still has to take his kids out of school and move them across the country. Yes, I know they have friends in California but it's different. Chelsea is from South Florida and doesn't want to move across the country either. So much goes into this decision.
