Does this fully signal AA has no interest in blocking the young arms? Are we expecting a piggyback scenario?

Would you use an opener for side advantages in the first inning and then shift to the piggyback? What is the 22 season going to look like for brave fans in the pitching side 2 out of 5 turns of the week? Playoffs were a lot of fun how we navigated those innings. I was assured the Phillies sucked because Kapler was a poor manager who relied on analytics too much. The FO is definitely not the reason that team sucks.
