Official 2023 Playoff Thread

This was the biggest mismatch of the wild card round. Period, bar none. Phillies will not have near as easy a time as they had this series.
 
I’d like to think there’s a clubhouse of Braves who have what happened last October in their thoughts and are ready for another shot at the Phillies and ready for some payback.
 
Braves will dismantle ad disrobe the Phillies then present their naked body to Jsebe for his secret pleasure.

Offense will destroy that team.
 
Anyone know of a Braves (or Falcons/Hawks) bar in NYC to post up at for Saturday's game? Just trying to find a sports bar that will be playing our game with volume instead of all the college football games.
 
I’m not usually one to complain about national media announcing bias, but that was something else. I watched the final out of both the Twins win and Dbacks win; the announcers basically said, “and now the real test begins.” But somehow the Phillies are a team uniquely “built for October,” with announcers describing the coming NLDS as “Ali vs Frazier,” and reporting, of the Phillies: “This team isn’t built to just get in. This team is built to win.”

I grew up in an era where you tried to hide your uncomfortable, awkward, adolescent hard-ons. (Unless Cy’s mom came around…)

I have no idea, but I bet volume will be tough to find. You can download Simple Radio app though, and then you search for The Fan 680. I listen to games using this rather than At Bat bc there's no delay. If you find the game at bar, you can use app for sound

With no New York teams or Boston, Philly is the designated choice.

Baltimore should be getting the love though.

Pretty sure there is not one unfortunately.
 
It always needed to be Phillies. Revenge from last year will make the WS this year much more satisfying.
