I think someone on a 2 year deal would be okay for this year. Then make that big splash next year. AA may be waiting for the SP market to start cooking before he does anything. Ohtani's decision basically holding up the market, b/c alot of teams will use that money on other guys.

Id be fine with Lugo for 2 years bc hes so versatile he can be a weapon in the bullpen as a late inning lock down reliever.

He has a pretty big market, i think he at least gets 3 years. I'd be fine with him too though, can replace Morton next year and be the 4 this year.

I think Dodgers need pitching more than hitting. But obviously Dodgers have been saving up for some time now. Probably gonna add alot more now. Sucks not taking advantage of the last 2 years while the Dodgers were down. Robert Murray said there's deferrals that will help them with payroll. Be interesting who else they end up adding.

I fail to see how. That’s an albatross of a contract and it really will hurt the Dodgers in the not too distant future. The Dodgers consistently make the splash and consistently come up short.
