I mean, if you believe in the projections, and don't disproportionately weight his 2022, he's likely the fifth to seventh best position player on the Braves in 2023. I think 6/$120 was an appropriate ceiling for Bae, so I could see them starting at 6/$100 and not progressing much beyond that when it became clear he could easily surpass $150m in total guarantees.
