I admittedly don't pay much attention to prospects too much and rely on this board for most of my info. I am curious though what has CB ever done to male anyone think he will even be an average MLB catcher. With that being said with how productive AJ was this spring why isn't he our starting catcher. Not trying to be negative on opening day I'm honestly curious.

AJ is certainly a better hitter, but CB is playing for the future. He projects as a good catch and throw guy but his bat is a huge red flag.

BTW, I am not sure our offense will be our biggest weakness. I think our bullpen could be just as bad. It sure looks quite bad on paper IMO.
