You can complain all you want but you and the overwhelming majority of people have voted to give government virtually unlimited power to do whatever they want in the name of "the greater good". All they had to do was say "we cant keep you safe without this power" and you lemmings ate it up. Freedom isnt the ability to only choose government approved good choices. Yes, that freedom does mean some people will take the bad options in life but you give the government the unilateral power to decide what the good choices are.
 
How many House Republicans will want to kick Trump while he's down (and out?) and vote to release his taxes to the public?
