You need a permit now or they could have done this anywhere at anytime. There are reasons why permits are issued, maybe security is one of them. Considering our violent past, without permits to keep tabs, I can see why they issue them.
Constitution states you really don't need one in theory......but considering we use that document to clean our ass to suit our narrowminded view, what else is new?

See your point a Green Beret was killed in Afghansistan this week.
Perhaps I post his picture and his hometown, state was Idaho but can't remember his name or the town he was from. All State wrestler in high school. Enlisted in National Guard in high school. He was 28

The invading occupying armies or those trying to recover their homeland?
Why did we go into Afghanistan --- I forget ?

But, no one can say they didn't have access to the information that was off their grid cause it wasn't on Fox.

As for me being Republican and an enabler, Obama is more Republican than I am and not even close. Because I fight for their rights within the Constitution does not constitute that I am a Republican. I am more a Constitutionalist/Libertarian/Independent than either the other two blithering parties and will defend either of the sides in anything if it is based on the Constitution or have Independent thought even though I might not agree with it.
