I wish Fredi had used Venters the way Snit started using Matzek.

Fredi was still going old school bullpen usage. Snit still has those tendencies sometimes, but I think analytics team has really been trying to help him.

I saw Venters pitched in 85 games in 2012.

That doesn't even include the games warming up and not coming in. And some of those I know he pitched multiple innings.
