Shows you know little about NYC media. Pretty sure he was asked that question directly. Of course, he didn't have to answer it but, TP has always been a straight shooter.
Not only that, but after reading the article he really isn't taking a shot at McCann or badmouthing him per say. He's actually being really supportive.
Agree completely. That is what I was thinking. The PC answer is, "he's struggling right now, but I'm sure he will turn it around"

Lol... and people here absolutely rip into Fredi when he goes Bobby Cox style PC and sometimes borderline speaks positively of guys who are absolutely sucking.

I have no problem with TP being honest when asked the question. Everything he said was 100% true. Then when Brian and Girardi were asked they said what they needed to say. Brian denied it and Girardi actually said the same thing TP said. Quote below.\
