I don't think you know what PC is.

This is a topic about a dead man. You know, an actual person that matters and helped millions of people and has a family, and the left jerks off to his death bc he thought he could make healthcare better than our current **** situation.

I liken politics over the last 25 years to a spinning plate. At the start it spins perfectly. Then comes the first slight wobble. With each revolution the wobble gets progressively worse and worse until the plate comes crashing down.

I think Clinton's impeachment was the first wobble. Each time one party pulls something, the other party one ups them. With each revolution the wobble gets worse and worse.

Instead of someone restoring sanity we have the extremity of one party driving the other party to further extremes. This in turn drives the first party out even further in reaction.

I pretty much blame Gingrich for the current state of affairs. He basically weaponized cynicism. I've been in this biz for 45 years and there's always a lot of bare-knuckle fighting that goes on (always has been/always will be), but there was always begrudging respect between the two sides and a realization that the car needed to stay on the road. Gingrich tossed all of that aside.
 
It is interesting that the Clinton Impeachment and Gingrich being mentioned.


And Bork was viewed as payback for --- lord knows what.
