610 PA 33 2b 4 3b 13 hr

In ‘13, jhey had an extra base hit in 8.4% of his PA (37 extra base hits/440 PA)

In ‘15, jhey had an extra base hit in 8.2% of his PA (50 extra base hits/610 PA)

Totally different player

So, he hit less homers in almost 200 more PAs in 2015, and had virtually the same slugging percentage despite a much higher BA, and you think there was no change in his power game.

LOL did you really just use "xbh%" as a measure of power?

The non-ignorant portion of the baseball world uses ISO to describe a hitter's power. I would suggest referencing that.

His slugging was higher in ‘15. His wRC+ was higher in ‘15. He was collecting fWAR at a much higher rate in ‘15. ‘15 was his career high in fWAR. He was a better player in ‘15. If it was so obvious Joey was a shadow of his former greatness, then why was he a highly coveted FA?
