PLAYOFFS?!?!?

Rather just leave Camargo off the roster, and add an extra pitcher like Rodriguez.

In the brewer series, Arcia got 3 PA and Adrianza got 1 RH. Camargo seems to be the most hated brave here, but I much prefer him to Arcia and RH adrianza

Vs lhp...
Camargo (career): .282 BA, .349 wOBA, 115 wRC+

Contreras: .176 BA, .283 wOBA, 73 wrc+

That's wonderful - thanks.

For his career, Camargo's line as a pinch-hitter...

.230/.278/.459 with a 30.4% K-Rate, 6.3% BB-Rate and 87 wRC+

You should angry tweet it at at AA.

Weren't you upset about us not selling?

AA's mistake was not building a better bench last winter - as was pointed out by tons of people. Nothing he can do about that now. As for selling, you have me mistaken with someone else. I certainly would have agreed with selling if Alex didn't think he could make the moves he made - I hardly think I'm the only person who didn't see ALL those fleecings happening, but maybe you did.

No need to take it personally - not taking a shot at you. You chose to cherry-pick and post Camargo's career stats vs. a LHP (which he'd be incredibly unlikely to see in the first place). If he gets an AB in this series, it's going to be as a pinch-hitter, and much more likely against a right-handed Pitcher. His stats as a PH are far more relevant than his career splits against LHPs.

I deleted the post bc I don't even care about this argument. I trust our GM on this move that likely only affects maybe 2 PA the next few games. Whatever...

Wouldn't have minded that either - could've kept Lee in Gore's spot and added whichever of Martin/Rodriguez/Strider they had the better feeling about instead of Camargo.

Scherzer out for Game 6 with lingering arm fatigue.

How did the "far superior" Dodger brain trust not know that suddenly pitching in relief could wipe out a starters arm?
