Since everything is so serious nowadays, I thought I'd share a little politically incorrect humor (at the risk of jeopardizing my own future political prospects).
My wife and I were celebrating my birthday at a restaurant this week and our waiter was of Mexican ancestry. We were chatting with him throughout the meal and when desert came out he told us a joke. He asked us what was the best sport for Mexicans (btw my wife's biological father is Mexican, important to keep in mind for later joke). And the answer according to him was crosscountry.
Another waiter chuckled at this. Turns out he is Canadian. I told him I had a good Canadian joke. Why do Canadians like it doggie style? Answer: That way both get to watch the hockey game. Well he thought that was the funniest joke ever and he immediately texted it to family and friends. I don't get Canadians.
Finally, some truly politically inappropriate humor. Courtesy of me. There is a Starbucks in town I occasionally frequent (that itself is a confession of highly inappropriate behavior). It is next to a Bank of America. There is a fence between the two. One evening my son and I stopped at the Bank of America to get some cash and then decided to go to the Starbucks. I told him that in honor of his Mexican ancestry we would go through the hole in the fence instead of going back out to the street and walking on the sidewalk.
