Here is Warren's criminal justice reform plan. You all know how passionate I am about our broken justice system. Let's me highlight a few of my favorites here.


- repealing the 94 crime bill. Be still my heart.

- address the legacy of the failed war on drugs. Legalize marijuana. Expand drug abuse treatment for people with drug problems that dont commit crimes against others. Decriminlize homeless people.



- decriminilizing poverty where poor people are fined to death then incarcerated for inability to pay.


- ending cash bail. 60% of the 750,000 in jails have not been convicted of a crime but simply cant pay because they are poor.


- restrict pre-trial fees and civil asset forfeiture.


- cap the assessment of fines and fees to a percent of income.



That's just the tip of the iceberg. I will add more later when I have more time.
 
I wouldn't agree with that. The second part of the sentence sure, but it takes a lot of competence to get that high in government. Most politicians are in touch with a certain group. Trump is delusional but he knows his base very well. Trump is also great at branding, taking credit, and blaming others. What's Bidens base? So far it's been black people who support him he used to stand around Obama a lot but he couldn't he more out of touch with that group and he has been about as helpful to that base as a KKK leader. Bernie has a solid base that he represents. Warren has a solid base she represents. Biden had never and will never win any election outside of Deleware. Even Mike Pence is in touch with his base that want Christian Sharia law.




To give some examples Biden said he was the most progressive person in the race. I would be shocked if even the biggest Biden fan agreed with that. He is the only democratic candidate who wont endorse legalized marijuana. He did when pushed then went back on what he said. He doesnt know why he is blamed for mass incarceration when he was foaming at the mouth rabid about locking up drug users and was so far right on the issue he was to the right of Reagan and Bush Sr.

I’d say his base is more moderate leaning voters. Average people who are disgusted with Trump, but would prefer not to vote for socialists.
 
But he is the self described most progressive person in the race. Last I looked he was getting 40% of the black vote with Warren in second at 19%. He had no base outside of Deleware before being Obama's VP. He has no base. He is the Mitt Romney of this race, no one likes him but he has an early lead based on name recognition.
 



This is why it is important that marijuana be legalized by executive order. Certain Democrats will try to hold the country hostage to get reparations for the victims of marijuana prohibition. This has played out in states all over the country.

Warren was the #1 searched candidate on Google the day of the debate in 49 of 50 states.




Dread it. Run from it. But she is inevitable.

Sen. Elizabeth Warren's support among Democratic primary voters nationwide plunged 50 percent over the past month, according to a new Quinnipiac University poll, signaling that the shake-ups in the primary field are far from over.

Former Vice President Joe Biden has retaken the lead in the poll after an autumn that saw him surrender his solid frontrunner status, climbing 3 points to earn 24 percent in the poll. Mayor Pete Buttigieg of South Bend, Ind., surged into second, rising 6 points to 16 percent, with Warren and Sen. Bernie Sanders not far behind at 14 and 13 percent, respectively.

But Warren's plummet — 14 points since the previous Quinnipiac poll taken a month ago — represents a brutal dive as the first nominating contests of 2020 inch closer. Warren has come under fire over the past few months since a summertime ascendance lifted her into the top tier of the primary field. She has received particularly intense scrutiny for her “Medicare for All” plan, including how she would pay for it.
 
Yet another disaster of a democratic candidate.

At this point it will be Bernie but the DNC will be stupid and nominate Biden.
