I dont understand the point he is even making. When was crime ever reduced 98%. Less than .01% of crimes are caught because so much shit is illegal. If every criminal act was caught and prosecuted there wouldnt be enough people left to be prison guards.

The only people with a responsibility to do anything here was the Cincinnati Police Department and it sounds like they’re generally accomplishing that mission by arresting the offenders.

I believe as of the press conference yesterday they had no leads from an act caught on camera by roughly 100 people, and scorned the public for circulating the evidence on line saying it hurt their investigation.

It was embarrassing. I believe now the FBI is involved.
