What's crazy is if this situation was exactly the same but the criminal that got shot was white, no one would defend him, NO ONE.
 
It's good to see peaceful protests from the Bucks and the rest of the NBA, the WNBA, the Dodgers, Giants, Mariners, Padres, Brewers and Reds. Atlanta United. Matt Kemp and Jason Heyward opted not to play today even though their teams did. It will be interesting to see what tomorrow brings.

My position is police are not judge jury and executioner.
And should not be led to think they can be excused when they act in that vein.

They could have shot his leg --- if they,were so threatened- and accomplished disarming him

I find it hard to believe people defend police to these lengths.
Unless there is someting else going on ...

No officer is taught to shootnin the leg. This **** isn't a movie. Once blake reached into his car he put his own life on the line.

The guy was being a chucklehead, but people should not be shot like that by the police for being a chucklehead. And if there is a rape charge against him, the courts are the venue for disposing of a matter like that.

That's BS. If there were a long pattern of Black cops and racist mobs killing White citizens and getting away with it for decades, we both know that White people would be protesting as well.

Are the courts where we dispose of whether the cops were justified or not?
