Garland:

"There is a line from Oklahoma City forward to Jan 6; and there is another line from Oklahoma City all the way back to Reconstruction and Ku Klux Klan crimes against the newly freed slaves."

Garland hasn't thought about illegal border crossings and has no opinion.

Yikes. I have no opinion, but this comes across ill prepared.

The constitution means whatever people want it to mean and you know that. I would sure love to see where in the constitution it says a President cant be charged for a crime or investigated. Maybe you can show me all the outrage on the right over Trump whipeing his ass with the Emoluments clause which he called "phony". Maybe you can show me where the right was when Trump was actively attacking the first amendment through his entire Presidency.

I would also remind you that Ron Paul was hated by Republicans politicians for a long time because of his constitutional stances. They hated him so much they even tried to help a Democrat beat him. It was the Republican media who told us Ron Paul isnt a serious candidate because he wanted to bring the troops home and emd their foreign invasions and occupations.

It’s reprehensible to wrap this around white supremacy. We know who is attacking Asians and Jews across the country

As of March 3, 38 states publicly shared race and ethnicity data for vaccinated people. The jurisdictions define race and ethnicity categories in slightly different ways, and with different levels of completeness — in some states as much as a third of vaccinations are missing race and ethnicity data.

They dont have the race data?!?!?!

****!!! What if we accidentally gave a vaccine to a white person???

How will we ever recover from this????

Well you can’t scream racist if you don’t know the data.

The vaccines are likely given on a racist looking stage too

“Everybody was a liberal Democrat — in my neighborhood, in the Bronx, in the local government,” said Mr. Ortiz, whose family is Black and from Puerto Rico. “The welfare state was bad for our people — the state became the father in the Black and brown household and that was a bad, bad mistake.” Mr. Ortiz became a Republican, drawn to messages of individual responsibility and lower taxes. To him, generations of poor people have stayed loyal to a Democratic Party that has failed to transform their lives.

“Why would I want to be stuck in that mentality?” he

Jose Aguilar grew up in McAllen, Texas, in the 1960s, raised by parents who had limited means for buying food and clothing. They were hard workers, and instilled in him that “if you apply yourself, you will get what you deserve.” His family welcomed relatives from Mexico who stayed for a short time and then returned across the border; some managed to immigrate legally and become citizens, and he believes that’s how anyone else should do so.

More based than liberal white losers.

“I’m an American, I can take advantage of whatever opportunities just as Anglo people did,” he added. “There’s really no secret to success — it’s really that if you apply yourself, then things will work out.”

There are some great quotes in this article.

Dems need to understand that they need to emphasize individual responsibility AND a helping hand.

Individual responsibility first.

And the helping hand needs to be cost effective.

They forget the individual responsibility part at their own peril.

A sense of economic security is a shift for Mr. Portillo, who grew up often struggling.

“We were brought up the old-school way, that men are men, they have to provide, that there’s no excuses and there’s no crying. If you don’t make it, it’s because you’re a pendejo,” he said, using a Spanish term for idiot. “Maybe that’s not nice, but it breeds strong men, mentally strong men.”

The question now, he said, is “what am I going to be able to do for myself and for my family? We don’t feel entitled to much, but we’re entitled to the fruit of our labor.”
