Again, this was tragic and avoidable, and I’m not excusing Anthony’s actions. But if the backstory here is true, this is not what has been presented by the online right.

I mean, until they go to prison for murder.
Consider me skeptical that the Texas judicial system is particularly lenient when it comes to murder. If he gets off, it’d likely be due to there being some smoke to the fire of the other kid not being solely an innocent victim. I would not celebrate an acquittal and think he should still be held accountable for his own actions, but I don’t think they’ll just blindly accept he was justified to stab the guy.
Can you point to a relevant example of a black person famous for murdering a white person that went on to be a hero of the left?
