Just wait until one of the white SJW creatures claims to be trans-black.... then **** will hit the fan. I dont know that this violates federal law because I am going to assume the other students were more than happy not to have this at their graduation. A kind of way to appease both sides, the ones that want a professional graduation get it and the ones that want to act like this can do it. Personally I dont give a **** how people act at their graduation, I have seen numerous cases of absurd treatment of graduating people where they try to withold degrees for stupid reasons.
 
I hadnt heard much of the Jordan Neely situation but took a look at it a little bit the other day. I think its a fairly interesting case. Neely was a black man with a violent criminal past who started yelling and screaming that he was ready to die because he didnt have food and water. He was restrained by 3 passengers including former Marine Daniel Penny who put him in a chokehold. I think the case is going to turn on how much Daniel Penny knew about chokeholds being deadly. Without full context I wonder why he couldnt have used a full nelson hold. I do not favor restraining someone who hasnt yet done anything but I also dont begrudge people for taking action and not waiting to be victimized. If this was a police officer who we could prove knew that chokeholds were deadly and it was a banned practice I would think they should be convicted of serious charges. I do think this case is close enough that it should be litigated. I dont think Penny presents a danger to society or a flight risk that requires incarceration. If found not guilty I do believe it should be required that the state compensate him for the damage done to him from going through the process. As should all people found innocent by a jury. I believe Penny has had his legal expenses paid by donations but the average case doesnt get that. Unless there is something I am missing the worst they can claim about Penny is that he was a good samaritan who made a mistake but had no criminal intent. Two things I think we need to add to our legal system is a the defense that you did not intent to commit a crime. An example I would give of this is people traveling through NY on airlines who ask TSA how to lawfully bring their gun with them which the TSA tells them it has to be dissasembeled and in a locked case...... and then when they follow that but just pass through a NY airport going somewhere else they get charged with **** like terrorisms. The burden for that defense should be on the defense but people who take every possible step to try to follow the law should not be treated as criminals because of some technical violation. The other is that the jury should be able to find someone innocent beyond a reasonable doubt which entitles them to get their bail money back, entitles them to some compensation for time incarcerated, makes it illegal to fire them based on the false charges, discriminate against them in hiring based on the false charges, and other things like being evicted. It is too easy for prosecutors and law enforcement to ruin peoples lives with false charges who dont have the means to fight back.

I watched some clips of a Tim Scott rally and it was pretty cringe. He says America isnt a racist country and then talks about how he was called the N word for his political opinions. That was hardly the only cringe but he aint ready for the spotlight. His campaign is more about 2028 so plenty of time to improve. I dont see it going well though.

with concrete as a get around to integration
