Everyday I eat some type of pepper, even put it in my green juices (I am hooked on that and every day I abstain from red meat)
Everyday I have this all blended up with no yogurt or any other substance.
Grapefruit, pulp and all
Orange, pulp and all
lemon, pulp and all
lots of blueberries
kale
cucumber
ginger
any peppers I have around, mainly jalepeno
watermelon to give it more juice
concentrated lemon juice
roughly 24 oz of manly juice.
Very good for you and very tasty. I have 16 oz for breakfast and another 8 oz for lunch. I have already lost 10 pounds in just over a week. I also walk 3 to 5 miles a day.
