Sort of.

It's Ponce Inlet, FL. A1A basically dead ends into the intercoastal waterway that separates Ponce Inlet from New Smyrna, so in that sense there is only 1 way in or out.

Believe so. One a podcast talking about a hurricane and the situation with his son being arrested Nash talked about that island.

RIP Hulkster
He was all the rage when he hit the scene. He wrestled up here in Minnesota for Verne Gagne's AWA and was all the rage. McMahon saw the potential and Gagne was notoriously stingy and missed the boat. Gagne also didn't think the "muscle" guys were great wrestlers (and truth be told, most of them weren't particularly good in the ring).

Hogan wasn't very artful in the ring. When the leg drop is your finishing move, that says a lot about your level of athleticism. But there's no doubt that his persona really changed the face of wrestling in the early-1980s and that pretty much held up for him throughout his career. I won't go as far as saying that Hogan really built the House of McMahon, but when Vince built his stable in the early-1980s and blew up pretty much all the sub-regional outfits, Hogan's schtick really elevated things.

Terry Bollea seems like a shitty person, between playing a part of union busting wrestlers back in the day to some terrible things he's said.

But can't deny Hulk Hogan had a huge effect on American pop culture for a long time. There's a handful of wrestlers people who don't follow wrestling know about and he's one of them. Most of the others people probably don't know as wrestlers (Dave Bautista, Jesse Ventura)

I don't know if he was truly a shitty person, but when you watch all of these wrestlers do post-retirement interviews it's pretty clear that he wasn't liked all that much. He was a company man for the most part, but he even had a falling-out with McMahon (which probably shows that McMahon is probably a more shittier person) about the title belt.
