You're right that McCaffery's healthy matters because the best way to beat the Eagles is to just ground and pound them and win the possession battle. It's what the Commanders did to them. The long Eagles loss under hurts was to the Commanders who held the ball for over 40 minutes. Lots of 6 and 7 minute drives to score. If the Niners can extend drives they have their best bet, if not the next best bet is to gun at the Eagles older defensive line and go fast.

Eagles have the 'sack guys' but Dallas had higher pressure rate which as you know is the most important thing.

Overall I get the defense is better but I think the playbook is more open against Philly.
 
Niners D has been really good. Shame about the Purdy injury, they cant do much on offense now.
 
Niners clearly the better team. Still have to hope for a miracle and maybe Jimmy G is ready for the Super Bowl.
 
How the Niners haven't benched Ward after multiple stupid penalties baffles me.

Though I assume they're doing the Seahawks thing, if you commit Illegal Contact/Holding every play they won't call it every play.
