I'm sure there are posts somewhere of thethe calling Jimmy G amazing

He escaped the pocket and threw it into an area where Ayiuk was able to maintain momentum and run underneath a ball.
When you say competant QB how many are you saying exist?
Pretty much every single QB in the NFL can make that throw. Plenty of back-ups too. What separates good QBs and bad QBs is not the ability to make any 1 particular throw.
I vehemently disagree that a long listing of QB's can make that throw but thats just one throw in a collection of amazing throws that Purdy makes each and every game.
And as I continue to say watch the QB school tape on him. The timing and accuracy of his throws is spectacular.
Then you don't watch any other team in the league then. Will Levis has made similar throws this season. Hell Gardner Minshew makes similar throws. That play/throw was not anything special.
Please provide the play - ALl of these are available. If you are so sure of it then lets compare.
First QB I pull up is Zach Wilson.

3rd play on this highlight is nearly identical to the play you posted. Actually, it's better because he made a back shoulder throw to the sideline and threaded the needle between 2 defenders. And this is Zach effing Wilson making this throw, who is at best the 30th ranked QB this year.
Your response includes a handful of guys (Stafford can’t make that play btw but he makes other worldly throws). Then you post a clip of arguably the best QB of all time as a rebuff?
He is looking at him the whole play.
Physically Wilson can make every throw in the game but his progressions are awful and why he hasn't been able to take the next step despite having talent around him.

Carp is not trying to say Wilson is good. He's pointing otu that throwing while rolling out to your weak side isn't amazing.
It's also ignoring a huge bonus Purdy would know that because of DL stunt, he knew Trent WIlliams one of the best OL in the game would be there to pickup the next guy who was rushing so he wasn't under as much duress giving him time to read progressions and setup and throw.
Trent is an all timer but overall the niners line hasn't been good this year. Purdy has been good mostly in spite of this.
Running up the left side though with Banks as well at guard has been incredible this year.

He's already said he doesn't pay attention to any teams other than the Niners. What's funny is literally no one is saying Purdy isn't very good. In fact most are saying he's in the top 2 for MVP... Dak is just a little bit ahead right now which is true for everyone except for Niners fans.
I mean I'd put Purdy over Dak, but I can see the argument for both.
Uh uh - a non Niner fan!
Purdy has been incredible when you look at efficiency related stats. Clear differentiator.
