REAL FOOTBALL Thread

Several NFL sources have suggested that Kaepernick seemed to be having trouble going from his plant (right) foot to his land (left) foot during his throwing motion, which could be what was sending many of his passes sailing high.

Maybe Kaeps poor play had more to do with an injury than him actually regressing. Would explain why he stopped running the ball.

I'd like to take this opportunity to mention again that Kaep has the third highest QBR this year and since he became a starting QB only Peyton Manning has a higher QBR than him. STUD!!!

lol @ QBR... aren't charlie batch, damon huard and carson palmer amongst the top QBR performances in a game??

The ego of ESPN to make up a stat and then discuss it as if it actually means something significant is pretty funny. So far this season, Jake Locker has a higher total "QBR" than Cutler, Stafford, Romo, Russell Wilson, Brady and Alex Smith.

If you've been following Kap's insane talent and thethe's in depth analysis this season, you'd know that QBR is the real deal and is here to stay.

Kap QBR > Rodgers QBR

This year SF 34 GB 28.

Playoffs SF 45 GB 31

Last season SF 30 GB 22 (Smith was the QB but everyone knows it was really Kap's clipboard work that won the game)

Locker has actually played quite well so far. Certainly better than Cutler, Smith, and Brady. Not saying he's better than these guys (except Alex Smith, he's certainly better than Alex Smith), but so far he has preformed better through week 8 than those guys. Stafford, Romo, and Wilson have definitely been better though.

I didn't see Batch at the top of the list. But either way, its one game. Anyone can have a big time game and Huard had his moments fora little and Palmers prior to his injury was one of the most physically gifted throwers in the league. Kaep has been very good as of late and if you believe what some of reported recently its because his foot is finally healthy.

Kaep is really the mastermind behind the offense. Roman doesn't do anything.

My friend Zito. Kaep is going to sneak into the top 10 DYAR after this weeks updated numbers. Ready to admit that Kaep might be pretty damn good?

I wish the Rams could have pulled that one out last night. That was one helluva inspired defensive performance. If anyone competent was their QB last night, they win by a TD.

Seahawks offensive line is a mess. If they don't grt home field they will not make the super bowl.

They also play so-so D on the road. Road stats look a lot different than home stats. They can be beaten on the ground on the road. They should get Okung back soon though.

They have to play at new York and at Atlanta. I could see them losing either of those games. Then the 49ers just have to take care of business at home and we should win the division.
