Lorenzon Alexander was the biggest loss. Special teams captain and played everywhere on the defensive front 7. But, more importantly, we had to bring Hall back and had no money to sign any safeties or corners. Had to use undrafted guys throughout. And I think you see what the lack of being able to sign quality backup depth does to special teams.

Packer fan here. Glad they made the playoffs and it will be interesting in Lambeau next weekend.
I live in Minny and the sporting press is more down on Spielman (Vikings' GM) than Frazier. Frazier's one of those rare guys that the media wanted desperately to succeed. He's that nice a guy, but I couldn't help but hear Fleetwood Mac's "Over My Head" playing in the background at his press conferences. Curious to see who gets the job (and who gets to be the QB: Ponder, Cassel, FA, or draftee?).
Sort of sad that the Lions fired Jim Schwartz. Lot of sizzle and tough guy talk, but no steak. He was Matt Millen Part Deux to me.

Browns management is trash. Chudzinski got a raw deal and after this crap the Browns pulled, I don't think anyone big name coach wants to coach there.

He's a scumbag. Was with the Bears, was with Stanford, is with the Niners. He's smug and egotistical. I bet you never watched him play for the Bears or coach at Stanford.
And you probably totally ignore the comments he makes almost on a weekly basis.
He definitely has a different approach to regular social interaction. I watch every presser for the 49ers. I think he is just like most great NFL coaches. Very guarded not to give any information. I'm sure he is much different when you are actually friends with him.
