I would disagree.....you take Ryan out and put X at QB they aren't winning 3 games. You put X on the 49ers and they still win 5-6 games.

*X = any random average QB

Last year the falcons had a non-top 10 QB. they would have been 0-16. Ryan was the only reason they won a single game last year.

Lol, James as a borderline HoF RB. ..and you questioned my statements? Jeez.

Well I personally think he's a lock for the HOF.

He's 11th all time in Rushing yards and 19th all time in Rushing TDs. He had only 35 less rushing yards than Marshall Faulk who was a beast. The only reason James isn't a lock JMO is he died off super fast at the end.

Aren't you in the group who thinks Gore could be a HOF running back?

I would agree with Brule. Falcons had a crap team around Ryan last year while the 49ers still had a very good defense and excellent special teams unit.

Not to mention the Niners won with freaking Alex Smith. Kaepernick takes them from a good team to a great team, Ryan pretty much is the Falcons. Look at their game against the Niners 2 years ago.

At this very point, no. If he keeps his career going for 3-4 more years minimum and keeps putting up the same numbers, then he has a shot. right now, I feel he is outside looking in (he will for sure make the Niners HoF, though). He has been a good player, but, I don't think he is HoF worthy yet.

Gore needs like 2500 yards to hit James's mark in yards, unsure of with TDs.

To add to my point. James did that in 11 seasons. So no way Gore in the same number of season without getting like 2500 yards in the next 2 years.

James in 9 seasons had 11,607 yards 77 TDs 3260 receiving 11 receiving TDs.

Gore in his 9 seasons has 9967 yards 80 TDs 2772 receing 10 receiving TDs.

I think it's clear that James>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>Gore and if you think Gore has a shot it's clear James should be in. Or at least be considered borderline.

From what I just read the only holdup on HGH testing is that the players refuse to sign off on Goodell handling appeals. Players learned their lesson with bountygate, can't trust that dbag to be a neutral arbitar.

Yeah the same Alex Smith who made the pro bowl in his first season with KC?

Romo is ridiculously overrated. He isn't good.

You're honestly just wrong. He's very good. I'd love to see a lot of QBs thrown into that mess and see how they respond. He is the least of that team's problems. Overrated? I think totally opposite. He gets hammered by media.

Alex Smith is a really good QB and the times he has gotten to the postseason he was performed exceptionally. Guy is still young. He will be astarting QB in the league for another 5-6 years.

Bortles is the best QB in the class. But the Jags are miserable. Going to the right team is as important as talent.

I think Tom Savage, Aaron Murray or Jimmy Garoppolo have the best situations depending on what the team looks like when they get to start. I trust Andy Reid with QBs so I'm going Aaron Murray. Andy Reid made AJ Feeley look pretty good.

He's never been that good when he's had to be anything other than a bus driver. I would not take him on a team that doesn't have a strong defense and good run game.
