REAL FOOTBALL Thread

Watt is one of the best defensive players I've seen at any position, ever. It's crazy how often he is the guy making the play.

Watt isnt on PED's, HGH, whatever.

Just an incredible football player.

No one thought he'd be this good.

Yet I bet if the game was on Fox and they were playing the Giants, you'd hear more about JPP than Watt. The collective boner that they have at Fox for JPP is sad.

He was an 11th overall pick. Hardly a surprise he's awesome.

Fun factoid. In the first half of the 2011 draft (aka first 16 picks) Only 4 players haven't been to a probowl, 3 of them QBs (Locker, Ponder, and Gabbert) the fourth is Fairley. ANd with Watt, Green, and Julio coming from that draft you have a stable of guys who're young and really good who should impact the league at a high level for years.

Tyron Smith.

Former Bears GM Jerry Angelo said teams covered up "hundreds and hundreds" of domestic violence incidents. That's more proof than Goodell had on the Saints. Suspend their GM for life. Find out who got away with it and ban them for a year. Take 2 first round picks from the Bears too. Or is it only the Saints who get made an example of?

Wasn't someone on here saying Luck wasn't that good just like 2 weeks ago?

Ive never said he wasn't a good QB, but I don't think he's anywhere near as good as people try to claim him to be. He may be at some point in the future, but he isn't anywhere close to Rivers, Manning, Rogers.

Crabtree still elite ?

Crabtree is a little rat. I hope they don't re-sign him. I still think he is one of the best receivers in the NFL. Not in Julio/Megatron status but still up there.

He is definitely the "source" for Deions claims. I want that guy off the team. Stay with the plan of establishing a strong running game and working playaction. Kap is struggling anyway this year so far with multiple options. He was better off with having multiple TE's and 1 or 2 wide receivers. The team really underestimated the impact that Delaine Wlaker had. I miss that guy...he and Kap worked well together.

Not that I think he is, but how the hell do you know one way or the other.

No i mean coming out of COLLEGE.

I thought he would be good, but to be an all-time great (as time goes by), no one saw it.
