REAL FOOTBALL Thread

A good running game, great WR, and a good OL is more than most QBs have.

Not true at all. ANd I guess I should rephrase my RB statement from good to ok. Freeman was good, but he did miss time and when he was out we were impotent. Coleman certainly has a lot of room to grow but I'm optimistic cause Freeman was pretty terrible last year.

Most NFL teams have talent around their QBs. It's the QB that often dictates how well the team plays.

Megatron pondering retirement. THAT would set Detroit back im afraid. Whew.

Or maybe he just doesn't want to play there? Who knows honestly. Only thing I know is players of our generation are complete pansies.

Are you saying he's going to try pulling a Randy Moss?

Personally I think they're smart. If you've made a couple of million, why not ditch the NFL and avoid a long term health effects.

You think he is saying this if he were in a different situation? Like a winning franchise. Think he's a sore loser and is basically crying out for a trade, but not actually saying it.

If the Steelers beat the Bengals I think they make the Super Bowl unless Manning is playing well for the Broncos.

Watch for the Patriots to make a big play for Calvin Johnson in the off season. Randy Moss part deux. They'll fix the OL and be ready to go for 2016. They won't waste the last few years of Brady's career oh say like the Braves did with Chipper's.

Its the playoffs; of course Peyton won't play well.

I'd really like for Ben to make it. They can beat anyone. Hope Deangelo comes back, but it doesn't look too good.

If Megatron goes anywhere, I think it'll be to the Falcons since it's close to home. But I personally think he either retires or stays in Detroit.

Peyton typically dominates the 1st couple of rounds, then ****s the bed in the AFC Championship or Super Bowl. But he's got a dominant defense to help bail him out this year, so who knows.
