It really depends if you're wanting to take a swing at fixing the position long term or trying to maximize your chances for the next year or two. Both Wilson and Cousins turn 36 this year so you don't have a long window with them and you're running the risk that this is the year they collapse like Matt Ryan did with the Colts.
Personally I go with Fields and target a burner WR in the draft. Fields has a much higher ceiling than Wilson or Cousins and doesn't carry the risk of age related collapse.
Fields does not have a higher ceiling than either one. Fields is so far behind in QB development that it is almost impossible for him to catch up before his skills start to diminish. But unlike someone like Ridder or Zack Wilson who are also far behind in QB development, he is athletic enough to overcome those limitations right now. In 4-5 years when he is pushing 30, that probably won't be the case. Falcons have a decent window coming up if they can find a QB. Just because Fields is better than Ridder doesn't mean much. You guys need an established QB to fit with the offensive talent you have now.
