That no call on the PI on Pitts in the end zone was heinous. It's calls like that which lead to people wondering if the NFL has the refs protect teams. That's a call that should be made 100 times out of 100. The defender doesn't even turn his head.

I'll add that Morris is not up to being an NFL head coach. Not sure what people thought changed since he failed with the Bucs. The league has just gotten harder.

The offensive scheming and play calling has been horrendous. You can only blame Zac Robinson so much. The head coach should never let any unit look like that.

Refs effectively caused a 14 point swing, don't think Rice got the first down (NBC went to commercial so we couldn't even see the call on the review) and then the no call DPI.

Honestly, refs have always been bad but since sports betting because basically legal everywhere they've been extra bad. It's almost like bookies are calling games

Jauan Jennings with a monster game.

Purdy is only good with so much talent around him will continue to be the rallying cry of the doubters even though they were down CMAC/DEEBO/KITTLE.

ALl of a sudden people will say Jennings is a top 20 WR.

The Niners need McCaffery back ASAP.

Defense is sucking big time and our ST has been a gaping hole for years.

Doesn't help that our offensive line is trash outside of two players as well.

Kittle is the biggest reason why there were issues running the ball yesterday.

I’d have to agree.

The falcons have a pretty legit defense if I’m trying to see things through neutral glasses

Top 20? So you think he would be the number 1 target on all but 12 NFL teams?

Someone that has never even had 420 yards in a season?

Granted, he should exceed those numbers bc his target share should increase drastically this year.

No - I don't think he is that good. I'm saying what Purdy doubters will start to say to discount Purdy.

NO WEAPONS! He needs CMAC/DEEBO/KITTLE to be good!!!

Pretty good....

Get this guy better Oline help and he will make 3rd/4th round receivers look amazing.

No they won't. You're also ignoring that Jennings has stats that are outlier this year, his catch rate is 20 percentage points above his career average.

I think what we saw was the Rams sold out on Aiyuk and Jennings got to eat. Teams likely won't make that mistake again.

Oh, I see that now, that makes more sense.

I don't think there are a ton of Purdy "doubters" left. But, I think its reasonable to not consider him a top 5-8 QB.

Yes yes yes - Continue the 'rationalization' as to why Purdy isn't good.

It simply can't be he is has elite skills when it comes to reading defense pre-snap/during play while also understanding route concepts that attack levels of defense. Guy anticipates as well as anyone and throws his receivers open all the time. Oh - And he is elite from the QB position at using his legs to extend plays and get first downs.

Guy aint perfect thats for sure but your attempts to discount what he is doing is laughable.

I hope teams stop selling out to guard Aiyuk. That just means he will start to eat and then you'll say Purdy is only good because of Aiyuk.

He still needs more time to get into that upper echelon and wouldn't take issue with someone who would leave him at these levels.....for now.

No he won't. Not even Mahomes can pull that off. YOu're calling him Brady. Even Brady while he made Welker and Edelman stars, his man was Gronk. WHo should have been a first round pick if he didn't have a back injury. Your implication that Purdy could turn anyone into a star is foolish.

Every team can afford 1-2 stud type players on offense with a QB salary.

He will get those always and as long as he has good Oline play he will make these later draft picks look awesome on a week to week basis. No - They won't be stars and I never said that. But a QB will make these players be productive to the level people will start to wonder.

Rams are one of the worst defenses in the NFL and Purdy hung up 24. Compare what he did to what Kyler did.
