You're an optimist. Vegas has the Falcons at 7.5 wins.
 
I like Penix and I liked the pick but he’s effectively a rookie QB. Falcons could be a 6 win team just as easily as they could be a 10 win team. McGary being out has doomer pilled me

I like Penix but his blind side having a huge question while he's getting used to his teammates and dealing in the NFL.

But really I"m not that worried about the offense, I'm just worried that Atlanta is just not going to be that good. Like just mid at everything. Last year the schedule was super easy and being mid could get you 10 wins.

Strength of schedule is important to remember. The Falcons had the easiest schedule in the league last year. While their schedule still isn't hard, at 20 it's a good bit tougher this year. That will offset some of the improvement the Falcons are hoping for.

Morris' pathetic coaching also hamstrings the team. You can count on a couple losses due to his blunders.

I think mid is a pretty good prediction for the Falcons.
